My name is Dan Weber, and I have been a Business Manager and Consultant since 2005 across a wide variety of fields and industries including e-commerce, manufacturing, web development, cryptocurrency, marketing, entertainment, event production, photography, software development, trade shows, airbnb / landlord, sporting goods government contracting, patents, solar / construction, and of course, startups.

My past corporate titles included Chief Product Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Director, VP of Marketing, VP of Operations, COO and CEO.

As an independent consultant, I am able to apply my past experience from a variety of different businesses to quickly and effectively suggest and implement changes to businesses ready to expand, or simply solve a nagging problem. I don’t apply “cookie cutter” or “one size fits all” solutions, but rather, I spend time getting to know each of my clients and learning how their business operates before making any changes. My experiences and degree in Business Management have certainly provided me with many tools to help solve problems, but every situation is different and I am a believer of using data-driven decision making to test and confirm the right course of action. It doesn’t matter if you need my help every few days, weeks, or years, I will help you as much or as little as needed.
