About

My name is Dan Weber, and I have been an independent business and marketing consultant since 2013.  My clients include a wide range of businesses from small start-ups to large international giants like Target and Patron Tequila.  One of my favorite long-term clients has been Scenario Photography, a very deluxe and entertaining mobile photo studio with high-end clients around the world.

Prior to becoming an independent business consultant, I ran a furniture company for the better part of a decade, including titles such as VP of Marketing, Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.  During that time, I made significant contributions to growing the company from less than $5M in annual revenue to over $25M in the first 4 years, which was a difficult feat in the traditionally slow-moving furniture world.  For my last year at Versa Products I was the CEO’s “right hand man” and was responsible for managing roughly half of the company, about 50 highly skilled team members in total including Marketing, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service departments to name a few.  I was a comfortable 6-figure employee, but after an unforeseeable medical emergency forced me to take almost 2 months off, I gained a deep appreciation for keeping a more flexible schedule to allow for more travel and “life experiences” with my family.

Regarding formal training, a I have a bachelors degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis in Marketing from Grove City College, ranked one of the top 50 colleges in the USA (including ivy league schools).  I’m exceptionally tech-savvy and good at solving virtually any problem.  I’m also one of the most ethical people you’ll ever meet, and I have absolutely no problems signing non-disclosure agreements and conforming to whatever requirements are necessary to make you feel 100% comfortable.  In general I’m an overachiever, but when speed is of the essence, I always prioritize and complete crucial tasks on time.

If there’s something I don’t know how to do or solve myself, I will learn quickly, or find someone else who has the solution already.  Either way, I get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
